The first time we entered the shop we were attended by Eric. He was very genuine and patient and recommended us to try their top model mattress the Royal Brilliance. We definitely liked it but didn’t make a decision then as we wanted to go around IMM, furniture mall, big box ,courts megastore and expo to look for more options. But after all the trouble, we still thought about their mattress and went back to try it again the second time yesterday. That’s when we met the legendary boss John. Indeed like many other reviews he was super knowledgable and friendly. He made sure we didn’t feel shortchanged of the money we are paying and promised us product quality. And there we bought our first bed! Very excited and can’t wait for it to be delivered! Thank you John and Eric!
