After shopping around for a bed that suits our needs, we were all mixed up with different sales staff from various outlets promoting offers until we met John. John sincerely explained to us on different mattress type and how to look out for the best type, all he asked was 5 mins to talk about the different properties in looking out for the type of mattress each needs, afterwhich he patiently answered all our doubts on mattress’s properties and how it works!! It’s amazing how detailed engineering and materials that were used for each mattress type. Now i cant wait for my mattress and bedfame to arrive !
