昨天和老公去吃海底捞，在IMM三楼，吃完饭本来打算去看电影，老公说去一下洗手间，在等老公的时候，我无意间走到了Unisprings这间店，本来只是随便看看，因为不着急买床，我们的新房子还没有下来，可是遇见了这间店的老板，真是一位和蔼可亲的老人家，和我们说了很多他的四十年卖床的心德，教我们如何选床，就算不在他家买也没关系，而且这位老人家，真的是从心里在教我们，而不是做生意只为赚钱，是这位老人家的真诚感动了我们，虽然我们的房子还没有下来，但是我们决定先买下来了，有时候，做人做事如果都能为别人着想，而不是只为了钱，那么想这样的人只会越来越成功，谢谢这位老人家，也祝愿你们的生意越做越好！

After shopping around for a bed that suits our needs, we were all mixed up with different sales staff from various outlets promoting offers until we met John. John sincerely explained to us on different mattress type and how to look out for the best type, all he asked was 5 mins to talk about the different properties in looking out for the type of mattress each needs, afterwhich he patiently answered all our doubts on mattress's properties and how it works!! It's amazing how detailed engineering and materials that were used for each mattress type. Now i cant wait for my mattress and bedfame to arrive !

The first time we entered the shop we were attended by Eric. He was very genuine and patient and recommended us to try their top model mattress the Royal Brilliance. We definitely liked it but didn't make a decision then as we wanted to go around IMM, furniture mall, big box ,courts megastore and expo to look for more options. But after all the trouble, we still thought about their mattress and went back to try it again the second time yesterday. That's when we met the legendary boss John. Indeed like many other reviews he was super knowledgable and friendly. He made sure we didn't feel shortchanged of the money we are paying and promised us product quality. And there we bought our first bed! Very excited and can't wait for it to be delivered! Thank you John and Eric!

Went shopping around at IMM in January and was given an educational demonstration by Mr John Tan. Decided to bust my budget for the impressive Royal Brilliance Bed which is their flagship model. Since we moved into our new house last month, I've been conducting some of John's demonstration on my new bed which was still fresh in my mind to my friends and families whenever they come visiting. Everyone is impressed. Every night has been a good night sleep for the past 1 month and hopefully many years to come. Highly recommended. 4 Thumbs UP!

Went to look for a new bed for our house today.. Was attended to by Robert, a very polite and patient salesman, who brought us around to see the different type of beds that suit our needs. When it came to their 'Royal Brilliance bed', it is obvious that the bed is extremely comfortable among many that we saw around in other shops. My husband-to-be actually fell asleep while I was listening to the talk!!*seriously*

Was hesitating abit though quite convinced, as this is one of our biggest first purchase so we definitely have to give ample consideration. John came to explain in more detail about the tricks to look out for, to determine a good bed.

It was really helpful and interesting as he is quite comical in nature. Haha..and he shared about his 40 years experience in this industry.

We still can't decide so we went out to look around some more, but came back again after two hours. This is as with the new knowledge and tatics taught to identify the real deal, it is obvious this bed is quite worth the value for the price.

Overall very good customer service!

A great purchasing experience at Unisprings (IMM mall) today with my wife and baby! Really appreciate John Tan, who is the founder of this company, to share so much with us. His passionate to customer, confidence in his product, experience of this industry really impressed us. In the end, we double our budget to invest a queen set which we didn't think before. Although the delivery will only happen on next week, but we truly feel we already start to love their product.

Sheer piece of heaven on earth!!!

When I walked into Unisprings with my husband looking for a new bed, we were approached by John Tan the Director of Unisprings. He has over 40 years of experience and it was very evident in our conversation with him. After sharing with him on our preferences, he recommended the Royal Brilliance mattress.

His 5 minute spiel expounded on how to differentiate a "6 star" bed from a lower quality bed, and involved a live demonstration of him throwing himself on to the bed to show that due to the quality of the mattress, the other party would not feel much impact from any movements. His passion, experience and clear devotion to his job had us hanging on to his every word.

However what sealed the deal for my husband and I was how he emphasized on the potential health benefits the bed would bring as a result of the cooling effect and cross ventilation from the 1296 springs within the bed. Lying on the bed to test it was a sheer piece of heaven on earth, and we knew there and then we just had to have it.

Looking forward to the delivery of the bed and indulging in 10 hours (ideally) of sheer bliss every day hence forth.

We were attended to by Eric who is clearly very experienced and needless to say, helpfully armed with strong product knowledge of the various mattresses in the showroom as well as those of competitors. It was also an honour to deal with boss John who guided us based on useful knowledge/facts, and in a very succinct manner, on how to pick a good mattress. The best mattress seller we have known to date. Mr John Tan shared his 40 years experience on different types of mattresses, and advised us on the best type of mattresses available. He also advised on the storage bedframe that we wanted. Prices were reasonable, and relatively cheaper compared to "branded" mattresses out there.

We had our mattress delivered last Saturday, and we were very happy the sleep quality had been fantastic. Strongly recommend this seller!

My parents went to Unisprings to look for mattress with the slightest intention to purchase. Although we were only there to have a look, we were approached and well served by Eric. Later, John imparted some knowledge to us and in no time, my parents were well convinced by him on which mattress suit them the most and decided to purchase it. Overall, service was excellent. Recommended!

Ordered the max coil queen size bed with bedframe. Price is reasonable and one of the cheapest after I went to a few showrooms. Service is fast and delivery is good too. Comes with free pillows and comforter. Call to ask for earlier delivery date and the shop tried to meet my date. Good job and will return again if I need to buy anything in future!

Service of the shop is good. Jay is very patient and knowledgeable. He knows his stuff well, unlike some salespeople whom are not even sure what their products are about. Very helpful too in giving advice.

Bought a set of bedframe and mattress for my parents 6 months ago. Was impressed with the quality and the efficiency of the customer service. Went back again 2 mths back to purchase 3 queen sized bedframes and mattresses for our boys. Again, the service.was very efficient. Was worried abt the delivery and the closure of all retail shops due to circuit breaker. Decided to email them and was pleasantly surprised with their prompt response. Items were delivered on 1st June and everything went smoothly. Huge thank u to the team of Unisprings for their efficiency. Will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives.

Leaving a positive review for Unisprings for their good service and quality mattresses: Had to order a bed just when the pandemic happened, and their boss was very helpful in recommending the choices for mattress type and bed frame over WhatsApp! My delivery was delayed due to Circuit Breaker but they constantly updated me on the rescheduling efforts, without my prompting.

由于新房还未开始装修，实际上我跟太太原本只是打算在IMM闲逛，逛到三楼误打误撞来到这家店，却意外被这家店吸引。吸引我们的不单单是这家店里摆放的床具本身，而是那位和蔼而健谈的老人，也就是Unisprings的创始人John Tan先生。

Super love the colour of the bedframe as it is my favourite colour in royal purple. Very classy and comfy. The salesperson are also very nice snd helps us in understanding how to purchase a gd bed:)

Great knowledge impart from John..

The salesperson is friendly and knowledgable. He explained to my wife and me on how to choose a good mattress. The best is that he is not pushy for sales. Eventually after walking around imm for bedding, we still went back to him to get our mattress with frame.

It's amazing and awesome how the boss, John Tan, has taken lots of his patience and sincerity to explain the difference in quality in the various mattresses. This helps me make the right decision and save lots of money!!!
