Went to look for a new bed for our house today.. Was attended to by Robert, a very polite and patient salesman, who brought us around to see the different type of beds that suit our needs. When it came to their ‘Royal Brilliance bed’, it is obvious that the bed is extremely comfortable among many that we saw around in other shops. My husband-to-be actually fell asleep while I was listening to the talk!!*seriously*

Was hesitating abit though quite convinced, as this is one of our biggest first purchase so we definitely have to give ample consideration. John came to explain in more detail about the tricks to look out for, to determine a good bed.

It was really helpful and interesting as he is quite comical in nature. Haha..and he shared about his 40 years experience in this industry.

We still can’t decide so we went out to look around some more, but came back again after two hours. This is as with the new knowledge and tatics taught to identify the real deal, it is obvious this bed is quite worth the value for the price.

Overall very good customer service!
