We were attended to by Eric who is clearly very experienced and needless to say, helpfully armed with strong product knowledge of the various mattresses in the showroom as well as those of competitors. It was also an honour to deal with boss John who guided us based on useful knowledge/facts, and in a very succinct manner, on how to pick a good mattress.
